your primary responsibilities:

as a member of the technology resilience team, further advance dtcc’s strategy and resiliency efforts by maturing exercising and assessment of new capabilities including site rotation of applications, cyber recovery, and hybrid hosted applications.    gain an understanding of a critical business line and its underlying technology, by working with the exercise leads to manage the lifecycle of dr exercising and interactive sci testing with top clients.  this includes understanding key business transaction testing, annual sci test scope review, execution planning, and client test liaison. support the technology resilience team in the observation and assessment of the wider technology disaster recovery program. evaluate opportunities for dr assessment process improvements and technologies that enable efficiencies. developing and strengthening partnerships with business areas and other risk control functions via maintenance of select business resilience plans. improve transparency of the bcr exercising program through improved reporting of metrics and indicators related to adherence and performance against business continuity policy requirements. align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk and escalate appropriately.


talents needed for success:

minimum of 3 years of related experience bachelor's degree preferred


additional qualifications:

communicate effectively, both orally and written, to varied levels of the organization strong analytical and project management skills possess a client centric mindset general knowledge base of disaster recovery and itil processes strong literacy in excel and power bi a plus working knowledge of it infrastructure and cloud environments
