as an associate director within the aligned risk group, you will be responsible for managing the governance and oversight of the end user computing application (euca) program for dtcc. aligned risk developed the euca standard and procedure which requires eucas to be tracked in a centralized inventory. the euca standard sets forth the minimum control requirements for developing and managing eucas. the euca procedure provides additional guidance and support documents for euca owners to comply with the euca standard. you will be part of a team that manages the euca program and monitors compliance with euca standards, as well as provide effective challenge and periodic compliance testing. you will also support reporting and presentations to senior management, the board risk committee, and regulatory supervisors.

your primary responsibilities:

manage the governance and oversight of the end user computing application (euca) framework govern process to add, update and retire eucas within the centralized euca inventory support review and approval of new euca requests and the proper identification, assessment, and implementation of risk-based controls for eucas operating across dtcc oversee euca owner adherence to management control and functionality testing requirements, including euca owner annual attestation develop and monitor euca program governance metrics provide advice and guidance to euca owners on adhering to euca standards provide enterprise-wide euca awareness and training support reporting and presentations to senior management, the board risk committee, and regulatory supervisors. manage the maintenance and updating of the team sharepoint portal site mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

talents needed for success:

minimum of 7 years of related experience bachelor's degree preferred with master’s or equivalent experience

additional qualifications:

experience with risk and control assessments, testing and validation is preferred excellent analytical and problem-solving skills excellent verbal and written communication skills working knowledge of sharepoint portal highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter, who can set priorities, take initiative and work both independently and proactively in a dynamic team environment
