a small sized, family-owned finishing feedlot in the sioux city area is in urgent need of a feedlot manager. the ideal candidate will have prior supervisor or management experience in a feedlot setting with the skillset to be well rounded, hands-on working manager.

feedlot manager responsibilities:

overall management of the operation and employeesanimal health, feeding, inventory, limited office responsibilities, and upkeep of the facilities and equipmentgrow and maintain relationships with producers/customers

feedlot manager requirements:

3+ years of practical hands-on experience in a finishing feedlot settingability to manage employees and delegate tasksstrong understanding of cattle healtheffective communicatorleadership mentality
