performs a range of clerical duties related to the support of operations of the ed including updating and organizing information; coordinating work within the unit and with other units and departments; reporting relevant information to the manager; and responding to inquiries and request from patients, families, visitors and caregivers.

minimum education
high school diploma or equivalent required

certifications:
basic life support (bcls) within 30 days of hire
current acls certification supersedes bls certification
competencies:
basic ekg course within 30 days of hire

cna license or emt certification preferred
