qualifications:5 years accounting experience in the construction industry. must have microsoft office, word, excel experience. must be detail oriented and organized. an independent worker with the ability to work in a small environment

accounts payable - with experience in job costing and cost code allocations accounts receivable - create client invoices, gather customer draws, create aia billing, meet with project managers to review billing create release of liens waivers, keep a record of ntos, request partial and final releases request and data enter sub contractors insurance certificates create month end financial statements sales tax reporting intercompany transactions
