Assembly operator 2nd, and 3rd shift - united states, lashkar gah

start a career with ricoh electronics, inc. (rei) and develop your skills working as an assembly operator in our cap assembly operation. we are looking for 2 nd and 3rd shift operators to assemble small parts. under direct supervision, the assembly operator will safely perform manual assembly task and operate stations in a single assembly line to produce small parts and components. assembly operators will also perform product changeovers and preventive maintenance.

job duties:

·         performs work in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions. work instructions are located on-site for the operator's review and training.

·         monitors quality points at the workstation and records required data. quality checkpoint information is located on-site for operator review and training.

·         reports quality and production concerns and issues to supervisor.

·         cross trains on all workstations within the department.

·         operates assigned equipment or tools safely in accordance with company and osha safety programs and rules.

qualifications:

·         1 year of experience in small parts assembly preferred

·         good manual dexterity and ability to work with manual tools

·         basic computer skills required to perform data entry tasks

·         speak and read english

·         accurately read and write numbers in decimals.
