executive director/administrator for new, premier assisted living & memory care community located in albuquerque, nm.this is small yet high-end community situated on an intergenerational campus that exists to provide the highest standard of hospitality, service and care for our residents and families.


the purpose of executive director/administrator is to lead & manage the operations of of the community in a way that upholds the company's values and ensures: 


1. community leaders receive the training, supervision, and support needed to manage their departments successfully (activities, business services/billing, dining services, health services, maintenance & housekeeping services etc.)


2. highest standard of customer service & care is reflected in resident, family & employee surveys


3. compliance with company policies/procedures & state regulations


4. practices are in place to minimize and mitigate risk


5. 100% occupancy is reached & maintained


6. financial targets are met

the right candidate has a deep knowledge of assisted living with memory care, and very high competency in all areas of operations with the ability to learn technologically advanced systems easily. this person must be able to meet/maintain expectations without supervision.
