position summary

the regal rexnord it leadership program is a 24 month rotational program focused on developing high potential high performer entry level it associates. the it leadership program is position to target at recent college graduates who have a passion to apply technology into creating a better tomorrow.

the program is designed to grow regal it people and technical leaders of the future, by developing strong functional/technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands-on assignment and to expose them to various groups across it and business.

over the course of 24 months, associates will complete 4 rotational assignments, designed to teach fundamental skills across regal rexnord%26rsquo;s core it functional areas:

data and analytics cybersecurity infrastructure dcx/ecommerce erp/ applications

these rotations will provide associates an opportunity to gain breather of knowledge and experiences across multiple it functions. beyond the %26ldquo;learn by doing%26rdquo; training structure, the program cultivates excellence in communication skills via formal report-outs to peers and senior it leadership and regularly scheduled mentor meetings with program leadership.

professional experience and qualifications

excellent academic record with a b.s. or m.s. degree in science, technology, engineering, math computer science or similar. relevant internship or co-op in a technology related field gpa of 3.5 or higher ability to travel up to 20%
