Field service technician (experienced) - united states, anderson

principal responsibilities and relationships:

 travel to customer sites throughout the united states and internationally to install, commission, test, calibrate and, train customers on the safe and proper operation of nov rolligon products.

conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems. perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate and maintain the system. communicate field failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments. complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner. perform other duties as assigned

 job analysis:

high school degree and/or college or technical school degree and/or related on-the job experience preferred knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic control systems preferred electrical background preferred experience in heavy industry or the oil and gas environment preferred possess superb customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems possess professional, clear, verbal and written communication skills ability to work independently with little supervision and maintain a positive reputation. unrestricted ability  and willingness to travel domestically and internationally ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
