responsibilities we’ll help you master

support individuals in achieving their personal goals and fulfilling their dreams by having a “person-centered” focus.teach independent living and daily skills to the persons-served by identifying and meeting social, environmental, and health care needs such as daily grooming and personal care routines.actively plans, coordinates, and participates with residents in social activities including frequent community outings.instructs, supports and participates in performing household tasks with persons served such as cleaning, preparing meals, food shopping, etc.

qualifications

earned high school diploma or ged from an accredited educational institution.able to communicate effectively with the individuals to whom services are providedvalid driver’s license is required to operate company vehicleexperience in a residential setting serving people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or with other types of special needs populations (rehabilitation settings, nursing homes, psychiatric hospitals, other behavioral health settings, etc.);
