genesis10 is currently seeking a .net developer with our client in the financial industry in the jersey city, nj location. this is a 12 month + contract position.

summary:

highly experienced .net developer with ability to design complex process, system and or data requirements and specifications. serve as the technical subject matter expert for systems. serve as the primary designer for complex component designs for systems build, test, deploy, and document complex software components for systems. create software engineering strategies that help identify and mitigate risks. participate and drive peer review of code and identify re-usable frameworks. document and communicate development status in a timely manner including metric reporting. top level full-stack .net developer with strong knowledge of building web applications on enterprise scale.

requirements: full stack .net developer with complete, in-depth experience with the followings: .net framework 4.5. and above with c#, asp.net, mvc5 strong with linq, entity framework 6 and above strong experience in identifying and using best practices and design patterns strong hands-on experience wcf, webapi, entity framework, html, xml, bootstrap, angular, node.js, jquery ui, typescript sql server 2008 and higher experience in git or bitbucket - unit testing framework experience - server side (nunit or xunit), client-side framework (mocha, jasmine, karma) able to work as a w2 employee of genesis10 (no corp-to-corp)
desired skills: understanding of ci/cd tools such as ansible, jenkins, artifactory knowledge of insurance and corporate securities business (preferred) experience in using telerik/kendo web controls experience in jira process experience in agile process and methodologies
