Production planner - united states, linden
Job description you will report to the production supervisor.
you will work for our marketing and services branch which is responsible to help our business and retail customers to optimize their transportation experience and operations through our wide range of products and services.
your role is to supports manufacturing in performing production planning and scheduling of products manufactured and packaged in the linden plant as well as outbound freight scheduling.
as part of your missions, you are in charge of:
daily review of sales and production requirements. schedule production orders for manufacturing and packaging. investigate abnormalities in process orders to determine what occurred.plan and schedule bulk shipment from plant to customer. communicate with customer service and sales any deviations to schedule. ensure that pick-ups are scheduled and timely to avoid demurrage chargeswork with purchasing, logistics and batch makers to schedule bulk raw materials and finished goods bulk shipments with specific delivery timesfull participation in cycle counts and physical inventory.
