the tech lead is responsible for technical design, code development, end to end testing and deployment of features for the application.  duties include a) creating integrated modules & components and coupling them together into a functional feature b) implement back-end service layer for accessing persistent layers or internal/external web services d) integration of application services with analytics solutions. 

must have real world experience in implementing features/solution using angular/unqork ui with .net-based service layer and familiarity with the ms-azure cloud services & its deployment process. must be a good team player with good communication skills.

responsibilities:

responsible for design, development, testing and deployment of complete web applications in a fast-paced agile environment.  problem solver and an expert at troubleshooting and implementing creative solutions to deliver on application objectives. to analyze and understand complex problems, and generate appropriate technical solutions independently effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good relations and share technical ideas with users or clients, technical and management staff design and implement micro services using .net with sql/cosmos db integrating ui with the back-end /downstream/external system using restful api develop custom framework for testing application using selenium/rest assured framework build and deploy angular js and services in microsoft azure using ci/cd pipeline assist in the integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or an equivalent required
demonstrated experience in the implementation of new applications and its enhancements in insurance or financial services domain
proficiency in .net, enterprise service bus, unqork/ angular 2 or above, rest api and sql/cosmos db
rich experience in applying design patterns and in designing application that is resilient and scalable
thorough understanding of responsibilities of the platform, database, api, caching layer, proxies, and other web services
experience in creating custom and reusable components in both web and services layer
extensive implementation knowledge on testing tools/ framework such as jasmine, junit, selenium and rest assured
sound exposure in define and building ci/cd pipeline and deployment in
very good in db model/design and writing queries
good leadership, communication and presentation skills.
experience in provide code review, design review and in guidance to workload of peers and junior developers.
sound in agile methodologies and practices.
