vision int is a privately held fundraising services company in new york. we provide our clients with in-person customer service and fundraising campaigns and throughout the region to help them gain better results for their charities.

what we are offering
job location: new york – this role is not remote therefore we are unable to accept out of state or international applications at this time
start date: 2-4 weeks – however, notice periods will be taken into consideration

job summary:
the customer service representative serves as the face of vision int. you will be working on one of our lead projects with the primary responsibility of dealing directly with the customers and delivering a positive customer experience. this is accomplished by listening to each customer in order to gain an understanding of their individualised needs, providing the appropriate information, answering questions as necessary as well as building and maintaining relationships.

job responsibilities broken down:
respond to incoming communications from internal and external customers and where necessary resolve and escalate issues as needed provide information about nonprofits and their missions work with the customer service team and coordinate all transportation arrangements, territory management and business trips maintain customer relationships handle additional administrative responsibilities, reports and/or projects that involve customer support at management discretion research customer claims ensuring the highest level of customer service on every call and ensure that all service complaints are handled diplomatically uses product knowledge to provide alternative solutions to customers’ issues
