the accounts receivable specialist is in charge of handling accounts receivable for separate entities and vendors using erp systems.post checks/electronic payments each weekmaintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as neededcommunicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plansthe accounts receivable specialist will collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the systemcreate reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and lossesupdate client accounts based on payment or contact information
