lbc international inc is seeking confident energetic entry level sales reps to join a powerhouse team of professionals working with large organizations to expand their customer base and exceed sales targets in markets they cannot tackle alone.

all sales positions are entry-level and we only promote all management positions from within the company. our training approach is very hands-on “on-the-job” and is supported by our sales leads, where you will learn the full sales process right away with customers in real-life examples. when we see those in this role put in extra effort, our senior executive team members will provide additional mentorship and coaching opportunities to expedite growth into upper-level roles.

qualifications for the entry-level sales reps role:

full-time flexible availability *no remote positions available now or in the future*

experience in customer-facing roles for 2+ years

self-motivation and drive to be successful in business

confidence and charisma

2 or 4-year degree preferred, but we will provide training to those needing additional experience

lbc's entry-level sales reps will:

qualify customers for products and services

complete sales contracts via crm software

provide tailored sales presentations 

explain all after the sale information

exceed sales goals and kpis

gain experience in training/developing new team members
