excellent communication skills. proficient with microsoft office suite. results-driven in the execution of operational and administrative responsibilities for the ceo and executive leadership team.

plan and conduct administrative functions that enable the ceo to conduct day-to-day business effectively and efficiently. plan and implement logistics for executive level, internal and external events such as employee meetings, workshops, conferences, leadership events, and customer/supplier/consultant meetings. create, edit, and maintain electronic, written communication and presentations. review documents and proofreads work for grammar and spelling, accuracy, consistency of terms, and completeness; ensures document text and graphics adhere to corporate and organization guidelines and standards. all administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, purchase orders. coordinate and prepare leaders for meetings with customers and stakeholders, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. coordinate travel logistics such as meetings, schedules, and transportation between business sites for the executive throughout the entire trip, and as business commitments dictate. strong organization and communications skills (oral and written) proficient knowledge of all microsoft office suite applications, including powerpoint manage executive schedules and travel arrangementsmanaging executive schedules and coordinate travel arrangementscoordinate the executive(s) travel arrangementsmake travel arrangements for executivesmaintain calendar; coordinate meetings and travel arrangementssupport an executive with travel arrangements, managing calendar and scheduling meetingsassist other executive administrative staff and executive managementassist executives with travel arrangements and expense reportsbook travel primarily for domestic travelmaking travel arrangements and completing expense reportsprocure travel arrangements and create travel itineraries with expense management focusmake travel arrangements, both domestic and international travelassist with corporate travel arrangementsorganizing domestic and international travel arrangements for the executivemaintain the executive's calendar and travel logisticsperform all executive assistant office functionsmake appointments and travel arrangementsmake all necessary travel arrangementsmaintain executive's schedules, appointments and travel arrangementsmaking travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for executives
