position summary:     the licensed practical nurse (lpn) is responsible for direct patient care and demonstrates independence in planning, organizing, administering, and evaluating patient care in accordance with the nh nurse practice act, recognized nursing techniques, clinical and administrative policies.



essential functions include but are not limited to:

qualifications and experience:

required: licensed practical nurse licensureamerican red cross or american heart association bcls.
