position summary: under general supervision, performs a variety of routine-to-skilled preventive maintenance duties in the repair, alteration and modification of buildings, equipment and facilities. provides in-service and instructions to all other maintenance personnel.
this position requires that the candidate be a licesened electrician.
master electrician preferred.

associates degree in engineering discipline

experience

3 years experience in electrical/heating/ventilation/air conditioning/refrigeration and/or plumbing trade

experience with carpentry, dry wall, floor covering, ceiling, painting and wall paper repair.

licensed electrician xother minimum abilities / aptitudes

knowledgeable in reading and interpreting blue prints/construction documents/operation & maintenance manuals and schematics
