robert half legal is seeking a highly skilled and driven legal assistant / paralegal who is available to start immediately in boulder. the legal assistant should have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a law firm. the assistant will need a strong working knowledge of the colorado e filling system. the legal assistant will be assisting lawyers by preparing for trials. as well as assisting with administrative tasks. this role is contract-to-contract with the opportunity to become contract-to-hire. if you are interested and qualified, please send me your resume to thomas(dot)pastore(at)rober(t)half.com. 

- experience assisting lawyers in preparing for transactional closings, depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences; completing many administrative tasks, including, working on individual cases or transactions

-calendaring

- proficiency in administrative assistance

- comprehensive knowledge of legal assistant

- data entry experience

- document production experience highly desired

- conducting routine discovery

- 1+ years of previous legal work experience and a dedication to integrity

- drafting legal court documents, such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas; transactional documents, such as trusts, wills, contracts, and real estate leases; and closing documents
