Sales manager - united states, doctor sobral

our client, a leading manufacturer of high-tech glass to metal seal components is looking for an experienced sales manager to join their team in milford, ct

responsibilities include:
     - working w/ existing customer base to drive revenue 
     - work w/ sales team in search of new customers (there's a bonus program for your success)
     - work w/ production team on scheduling needed for production to be timely
     - work w/ engineering department on existing and new work

     must be able to read and understand detailed mechanical drawings!    
     excellent communication skills - oral and written 

manage a team of two sales managers and new customer quotes!

manage customer visits as needed.

ideal candidates will have a business or sales or marketing degree or relevant work experience
5 years preferred experience in the manufacturing sector
