Job title: safety deposit box auditor
location: 100% travel - must live near a major airport within new york or arizona
assignment: 7 months - strong chance to find permanent position within organization if successful in role!
pay rate: $50.00/hour

key responsibilities:
• travels as part of daily responsibilities • many trips require week-long stays and positions will support branches located throughout an entire state or multiple states. 0- --- expect to be working in branches 100% of the time.
• punctual and professional representation in appearance and communication with branch staff.
• organized and responsible for execution of audit process at bank branches (fully engaged during audits, perform detailed inventory of contents, prepare shipment of contents etc.).
• detail oriented, responsible for making updates to various systems and completing required paperwork accurately.
• works independently - does not require constant supervision.
• willing to travel for extended periods of time to assist with business resiliency when needed.
• physical audit of each safe deposit box in the bank vaults.
• a 2nd drill team will be scheduled to go in to drill the boxes after an audit. keeping with deadlines is critical.
• hours at the branch will be 9-5, following most branch hours. m-f, no saturdays unless they want to work saturday and if the branch is opens. weekends home, unless under special conditions. travel home every friday after branch hours, travel to branch monday mornings to arrive by 9am.
• dress code: jeans and comfortable shoes, golf shirts (on the floor, getting dirty).
• supplies such as laptop, gloves (if preferred), pens, etc., provided during training
• upon start, will receive branch schedule up to one month ahead.

minimum qualifications:
• problem-solving and time management skills
• knowledge and understanding of anti-money laundering/know your customer and regulatory requirement
• prior banking/branch experience preferred
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• high attention to detail
• must be a team player and be able to work independently
• good analytical skills
• ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced and changing environment
• ability to interface with people at different levels within the organization and various locations
• very strong working knowledge of microsoft excel and adobe professional
