role: compensation administrator
location: bristol ct (
hybrid remote 2-3 days a week)

type: w2 contract

job description :

administrator will be verifying job descriptions and uploading into comp system. they will be working with in multiple databases including workday and excel, ensuring that data aligns properly. they will be managing batches of requests daily.
workload will be 15-35 requests daily.



the compensation team leads the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that support business clients based around the globe. this includes designing base salary programs, incentive plans and alternative rewards programs that drive the attraction and retention of critical talent while reflecting market conditions, internal equity, a strong pay for performance philosophy and the company's priorities and strategies.

the compensation administrator will support the day to day work of the compensation teams aligned to the technology organizations of the media and entertainment distribution segment.

the location preference for this role is in bristol, ct.

responsibilities:


serve as central point of contact for completing templates, tracking and processing various compensation actions such as posting new positions, cascades, promotions, offers, new hire lti submissions.
assist with the compilation of data for compensation survey submissions
calculate, maintain and track specific annual compensation budgets such as promotion and spot bonus programs
provide administrative support in creating power point presentations and compiling/manipulating data in excel
assisting on other compensations processes and projects as needed

basic qualifications:


hr career minded with over 2 years of hr related experience
skilled in administrative "best practices"
demonstrates professionalism, operates with integrity, and maintains confidentiality
ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with strong focus on attention to detail, meeting deadlines and excellent communication skills
has advanced knowledge and skills with office hardware and software (including the microsoft office products such as excel, word & powerpoint).
analytical minded with excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
flexible, self-motivated team player with ability to work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision, and willingness to support other team members as needed
ready to jump in and help where needed
