responsibilities: support kit availability and other mrp driven metricensure critical purchase orders have the most current delivery information in prism/sap business system (data integrity)proactive/coordination with mpm/pc/quality leads to address no fits > 90 dayssupport post award management thru contract close out for all isrs and apc product lines/programsreview/confirm purchase order requirements w/ suppliersco-ownership of improving supplier performance (srs)resolve non-technical supplier issues (rmas, receiving and invoice issues, urdns)accomplish base requirementscoordinate sales executionsupport/run strategic business reviewsprovide mrp demand schedules to suppliers including prop reportsreport on non-support details weeklywork in partnership with procurement team to ensure order status and resolve any non contract related issues with posbuild strong business relationships with assigned suppliers other responsibilities handle adhoc status requests dailyestablish weekly call-ins with suppliers and cross functional teams as neededmaintain database of supplier poc information including escalated contacts
job requirements: college degree – bachelor level or higher ability to work from homereliable wifistrong communication skillsmicrosoft office experience (excel, powerpoint, outlook)military / aero space procurement work experience a plus
