hris workday consultant

the hris workday consultant will be primarily responsible for evaluating, maintaining and optimizing workday records for the flexible workforce population. this role will also play a lead role in the newly centralized operational model, working in a highly collaborative environment with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant and accurate record upkeep.

responsibilities include:

provides general support and advice for business end-user inquiries connected to workday operationsresponsible for overall data integrity, with generic data qc and validation of business requeststransactional record upkeep and updatesdaily reporting / status updates for the flexible workforce population (resource starts/ends, data entry accuracy/errors)collaborate with the flexible contract workforce program lead and other cross-functional teams on user challenges, issues, process enhancements, etc.provide system/process recommendations based on knowledge of pharma processes/technologysupport as requested initiatives connected to developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentations.actively participates in user acceptance testing and documentation as requested

education & experience

bachelor's degree essentialminimum 5+ years of directly related hris and workday experience experience specifically with workday hcm moduleexperience within staffing industry and/or msp domain a plus

remote but must be east coast time zone
