position overview
the sr. technical organizational development program manager will drive initiatives around developing all levels of talent within kiewit technology group (ktg). this is a new role, and you will have the opportunity to build programs, systems and practices, and lead training efforts - both mandatory and prescriptive - to grow all ktg staff, regardless of tenure and experience. you’ll be able to lead through influence and have a direct impact on multiple phases of the employee lifecycle.

location
this position will be based out of our kiewit business center at 12720 i street. this is a shared service center in a professional office setting. this position offers a hybrid work schedule.
responsibilities
design, facilitate, and scale a learning and development framework that represents our culture, serves talent needs, and aligns with ktg goals and requirements partner with key stakeholders to ensure new employee training, learning, and development programs nurture our culture and drive business outcomes develop a well-rounded toolbox of learning materials including elearning, facilitation, participant guides, worksheets, and video in alignment with ktg learning brand and design standards establish and maintain relationships with 3rd parties to provide required training and facilitation as needed continually analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs conduct and/or arrange for ongoing training, personal development classes, and support change management efforts building curriculum and presenting/facilitating content as needed key metrics owned: completion, engagement, satisfaction, and best external training sources work with leadership to conduct follow-up analysis of all completed training to evaluate and measure results, modify programs as needed, and communicate effectively performs other job-related duties as assigned communicate regularly and effectively with key stakeholders, reporting on progress lite travel may be required. less than 5%
qualifications
bachelor’s degree in education or a related field 5+ years of experience in learning and development and/or employee enablement exceptional presentation design skills excellent presentation delivery skills - both live and pre-recorded demonstrated effectiveness facilitating adult learning ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment experience building different types of online and virtual training programs (simple and complex) demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with external partners experience in instructional design (online, virtual, and in-person) well versed in various education learning styles (learn by doing, independent, collaborative, etc.) you know how to make learning fun and relevant excellent communication and organization skills
