summary
as a capital construction planner with per se group’s major energy client, you will lead planning efforts for small capital projects and turnaround groups at a refinery.  in this role you will report to the construction manager, providing critical feedback, communication, and support between multiple key team members. this is a long-term consulting/contract opportunity.

responsibilitieslead day to day meetings, including planning sessions, project updates, budgets and estimates, and coordinate various people on the project.prepare regular reports on project status.  utilize exemplary organizational skills to manage and prioritize various critical projects at different stages.  must understand field work. however, this position is more in-office than in-field.must be willing to challenge and hold others accountable for executing plans and providing deliverables as needed.preferred skills and expertiseproven experience with small capital construction and turnaround planning in a refinery setting.must be organized, self-motivated and able to lead the planning efforts for the department.strong computer skills, with demonstrated knowledge of scheduling and planning.p6 and sap experience preferred.if non-local, must be willing to relocate for a long-term contract.
