job description:

this trainer is primarily responsible for training community physicians at the elbow at their practice for the purpose of promoting adoption of epic. this resource will provide sme/workflow expertise to clinicians to improve workflow for order entry, to include outpatient chemotherapy ordersets. responsibilities also include actively engaging staff to answer questions, provide information updates, workflow guidance, conduct in services, resolving tickets/work orders, and providing general it support as needed. the trainer will be responsible for making sure the it manager is informed of issues, reporting issues to the service desk, and providing through documentation on a daily and weekly basis using tools provided. essential functions clinical care: ensure that quality patient care is delivered to all patients on a 24 hour basis, and the unit is maintained in accordance with professional and regulatory standards and the philosophy and goals. perform other duties as assigned.

qualifications

required: experience with clinical information systems, hs/ged required certifications & licenses:  driver's license
