responsibilities:execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requestedcoordinate meeting logistics and deliverables such as handouts, and make travel arrangements for the project management teamserve as a point of contact and solicit quotes for new jobs from subcontractors, vendors, and various construction services teamssupport the office manager, project manager, general contractor, and construction office staff by completing administrative tasksdraw up forms such as purchase orders, change orders, service agreements, and subcontractsqualifications:a high school diploma is required - additional college is desiredproficient in computer skills, especially ms office (word, excel, and powerpoint)superb organization and communication skills, as well as great time management, are essentialknowledge of the construction industry is ideal, but not requiredpast administrative experience is necessary (3 years) - administrative duties for a busy construction office is beneficial
