compensation

this sales job is a commission + bonus position seasoned agents who have followed our proven system have earned over $100k in commissions + bonuses in their first year while it’s not salaried, first year agents average $44,000 - $68,000 working 30-40 hours a week earn an additional 15% increase on your sales in your first 90 days new sales associates can earn bonuses up to $15,000 in their first 120 days

qualifications

have your state life & health insurance license or be willing to obtain one be able to pass a background check (no felonies) entrepreneur mindset must be motivated, determined, & coachable be invested in changing your future
