we are looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate marketing manager to join our consulting marketing team to support our industries portfolio.

the marketing manager for consulting industries works to translate business strategy to marketing strategy and build integrated marketing and communication campaigns that drive brand awareness, interest, and demand for a robust set of services and capabilities that span domains such as cloud & ai, supply chain, it management and operations, erp, and more, directly to the energy, resources & industrials industry. this individual works closely with the industries portfolio marketing leader, industry leaders, sales leaders, and a number of other marketing teams spanning alliances and more to bring influential campaigns to market.

key responsibilities:

collaborate with business leaders to develop marketing strategy and drive strategic marketing campaigns that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels and tacticsdeliver integrated marketing programs and activities that support business strategy, including developing messaging frameworks; creating sales enablement materials; building website content; managing email, social media and advertising campaigns; creating thoughtware and video content, among other projectsteam with sales leaders to drive lead generation across priority campaignsprovide strategic counsel, idea generation and consultation in support of the industry growth strategyengage deloitte's award-winning in-house agency to successfully execute campaigns, and oversee the on-time and on-budget delivery of campaignsdevelop metrics and kpis to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tacticsbring innovative thinking and best practices to all marketing activitiescollaborate across alliance, industry, and other marketing teams to develop and deliver more integrated marketing strategy and campaignsteam with public relations to drive media coverage when applicable

qualifications:

8+ years of relevant industry or corporate b2b marketing experiencebachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in marketing or a related business or industry fielddeep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable resultsan innovative mindset and ability to think strategically with a willingness to execute tacticallystrong organizational skills and project management skills - with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around timesdetail-oriented with excellent follow-through skillsstrong persuasive written and verbal communication skills - able to expertly position and tell compelling stories around our offerings and influence both internal and external audiencesability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plusflexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguityexperience with advanced analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine priorities and measure effectivenessproficient in ms office suite including word, excel and powerpoint (intermediate to advanced skills in powerpoint are a plus)proficiency in workfront a plustravel up to 10% (while travel of up to 10% is a requirement of the role, due to covid-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
