Part-time sitter for an energetic, curious, talkative toddler girl - united states, karokh

I have a son in college, a son that is a junior in high school and a son that is in 6th grade. i do not need a sitter for these boys as they are all gone the majority of the day and are plenty old enough to take care of themselves. i work remote from home and my 4-year old daughter attends headstart. she can be picked up from headstart anytime between 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. and i need assistance with this as i cannot discontinue working to go and pick her up. i then need a babysitter from the time that she is out of headstart until the time that i stop working in the evening. she generally has a snack when she gets home from headstart. during the 2 hours that she would be with a babysitter i would appreciate it if a portion of that time could be spent on educational material.
