dnv – energy management's technology group is seeking a senior product manager to guide our product team, that is developing software products and solutions to deliver utility clean energy customer programs.

we are a hybrid team (office/work from home), and this position can be based near one of our offices: oakland ca, detroit mi, oak brook il, chalfont pa, phoenix az, las vegas, nv, or newark nj office.

what you'll do

develop and implement product strategies consistent with dnv strategy partner with software engineering to construct the optimal design of the product organization to enable a transformative impact on the way developers and accompanying personas engage with test automation and corresponding ecosystems set the product management team up to scale: partner cross-functionally as we enhance existing products and bring new products to market lead team members that are managing sprints & epics by developing user stories and acceptance criteria, estimate effort in collaboration with development teams, set priorities with input from clients and stakeholders, and oversee quality assurance and user acceptance testing work with customers and the product team to collect feedback and iterate deliver best in class clean energy products improve existing tools by connecting with users, identifying enhancements, tracking adoption, and promoting usage across clients

position qualifications

what is required

bachelor's degree 5 or more years of hands-on product management experience proven track record of launching successful software, mobile or online products or services. successful track record in working closely with engineering teams to deliver large, cross-functional, projects on fast paced schedules. experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, and remaining flexible crm experience (ms dynamics 365 preferred) a/b testing expertise experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing sprints presentation and training experience strong written and verbal english communication skills we conduct pre-employment drug and background screening

preferred skills 

jira energy efficiency, renewable energy, or energy storage experience
