relationship management analyst strategic partnerships   the advisors asset management analyst supports the strategic partnership group (spg) and reports to the head of spg. the analyst assists with completing recurring deliverables for aam’s senior relationship managers and strategic business partners. this role is responsible for completing ad-hoc short-term and long-term projects integral to the growth of our client relationships. the analyst must achieve and maintain expert knowledge of aam’s product line and the wealth management industry. successful candidates will possess strong microsoft office skills with an emphasis on excel and powerpoint.   location: princeton, new jersey   essential responsibilities : responsible developing and updating strategic partnership group firm presentations, executive committee updates, weekly updates, internal documents and dashboards business plan development including maintaining annual budgets, goals and sponsorship commitments work with senior relationship managers to complete client deliverables working with product, research, marketing, business intelligence, compliance and finance complete requests for research, data and/or support of team initiatives track team progress and opportunities to help identify future priorities responsible for ad hoc requests from internal and external partners education and/or experience : 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry required education: bachelor’s degree licensing: sie securities industry essentials certification a plus, series 7 & 66 required within first 12 months of employment qualifications : demonstrates excellent presentation, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal skills resourceful team player and ability to work independently strong attention to detail strong project management skills relationship management or sales experience a plus experience working with salesforce or other crm a plus knowledgeable in microsoft office suite: power point, word, outlook, advanced excel a plus strategic, creative and innovative thinker at aam, our employees enjoy a great benefits package including comprehensive medical, dental and vision, health reimbursement account, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.   for 40 years, aam has been a trusted resource for financial advisors and broker/dealers. we offer access to uits, open- and closed-end mutual funds, separately managed accounts (smas), structured products and the fixed income markets, as well as portfolio analytics. aam is a sec registered investment advisor and member finra/sipc.   as of december 31, 2021, the brokerage and advised business at aam represents approximately $45.7 billion in assets.
