pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (possible increase after 90 day)

schedule:

monday – friday 8am-5pm

job duties

taking inbound calls from member population and answer questions regarding their healthplan benefits/services, conduct outreach assessments to determine/identify unmet needs and address immediately; document findings timely in software. respond to emails, phone calls daily. lots of reviewing and interpreting work processes to complete work accurately.

required:

bachelor degree in social service area
