are you passionate about technology negotiations? do you enjoy developing talent and working in fast-paced it networking environment? regal beloit is seeking a highly motivated, seasoned it manager %26ndash; supplier management with the passion to drive value across complex supplier relationships. it manager %26ndash; supplier management will be responsible for leading regal%26rsquo;s relationship with technology product suppliers throughout the entire lifecycle including sourcing, procurement, negotiations, contracts, relationship and performance management. this role will optimize contract, performance, financial and relationship management processes. these processes will be the foundation to negotiate, resolve issues, monitor contract compliance, drive continuous improvement, and guide relationships with the supplier.

major responsibilities:

maintains governance process frameworks for interactions and integrations with the suppliers negotiate requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions monitors the performance of the agreements and the overall relationships with the suppliers align with stakeholder groups on vendor delivery and performance, validate contract adherence, and drive contract modifications/renegotiations ensures the agreement is updated to reflect the current business relationship develops and executes year over year productivity savings on annual contract renewals proactively identifies areas of opportunity for process improvement efficiencies conducts external research on well-positioned vendors in the market aligned with technology needs and requirements performs financial analysis and supply recommendations for suppliers provides escalation support for business or revenue impacting supplier performance or delivery issues through creation of supplier get well plans; track and support ongoing management of outstanding supplier escalations to final resolution connects with stakeholders on supplier contract renewal efforts; provide past performance, kpi assessments and lead negotiations ensures accurate and compliant records of contracts, terms, etc. for supplier audit purposes leads it compliance process

required education / experience / skills:

bachelor%26rsquo;s degree in business, information systems management or related field 5+ years%26rsquo; experience in global technology vendor management; vendor relations, negotiations, contract management, program management and process improvement experience in negotiating with technology suppliers such as microsoft, oracle, etc. experience in negotiating cloud applications and environments (paas, saas, iaas) contracts excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to establish trust, credibility and rapport at all levels of the organization; seen as humble, direct, and authentic. knowledge of the information technology suppliers landscape across infrastructure, application software, and professional services domains ability to lead tasks independently strong planning and organization skills ability to support ongoing cost savings efforts support of continued process improvements embrace and drive change across the organization demonstrate flexibility when working with stakeholder partners excellent presentation skills working knowledge of all ms office products with high proficiency self-directed; ability to support multiple tasks across stakeholder groups and internal management working knowledge of supply chain management
