responsibilitiesmanage the overall recruiting functions, including full-time recruitment of hourly and salaried employees, college recruiting, and internship programconduct workforce planning and resource forecasting to identify staffing needs; partners with hiring managers to evaluate employment needs and recruiting strategy.employ broad range of internal and external sourcing methods, recruitment technology and marketing, and employment branding to reach, attract, hire, and retain qualified and diverse candidates for all areas of the businessestablish and maintain healthy business relationships with select third-party staffing vendors (manages relationships, reviews contracts, negotiates rates, etc.)builds and manages a diverse and skilled talent acquisition teamassure internal processes and protocols follow employment laws and regulatory requirementsnetwork with external sources, such as peer organizations to stay abreast of any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact the businessdevelops and implements metrics/kpis to assess the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team, quality of the candidates and vendors/external partnersmake best use of tools and technology to assure effective and efficient recruitment processesmanage all aspects of company's hiring practices (pre-employment screening, background checking, drug screening as required)develop and maintain job descriptions and career pathing matrixeducation and experiencebachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.10+ years' experience managing and overseeing a talent acquisition team and evidence of transforming the recruitment function within an organizationexceptional interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written; with the ability to deal effectively with employees at all levels, applicants, and external contacts.strong technical skills to include microsoft word and excel, ats, lms, hrisstrong hands-on working knowledge of multi-media recruiting.strategic, influential, and confident in building relationships with employees at all levels.analytical and capable of reading data and reports to assess complex information
