what does a staffing specialist/recruiter do?
*drive candidate and client satisfaction and loyalty by matching top talent to great work opportunities
*recruiting - attract, engage, market, assess and employ candidates
*hiring - onboard, coach, discipline, advance and terminate associates
*create a strong candidate pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs
*build relationships with clients to gain clear understanding of their current and future hiring needs to find quality candidates and fill
openings quickly
*process applicant and associate records efficiently and accurately in compliance with hr regulation
*compile reports and data from hr systems and databases timely and accurately
*likes to have fun, work hard and contribute to the office team

do you have what it takes? we are looking for:
*one to three years of recruiting, human resources and customer service experience
*bachelor's degree is a plus
*excellent verbal and written communication skills
*ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
*strong computer (ms office) and organizational skills with great attention to detail
*positive attitude with an "own the role"mentality
*eagerness to work with a team in a professional office environment and have fun!
