Warranty analyst - united states, kwinana
· assist in analyzing warranty data using statistical techniques to identify warranty reduction projects & emerging issues. work closely with warranty reduction teams to identify root causes & corrective actions.
· assist in preparing reports on warranty data & tracking project updates.
· work with repair teams to resolve service & assembly line issues.
· processes and resolves warranty claims received from dealers, oems, and retailer accounts
· investigates and reports on product failures and unusual dealer warranty trends
· provides counsel on various warranty system and eclaim support/enhancements
· gathers and analyzes claim data in preparation for various dealer audits
· provides assistance to warranty analysts in parts return as requested
· analyzes moderately complex warranty trend data and identifies warranty reduction projects; compiles and presents overview of warranty trend metrics
· identifies emerging issues through the use of statistical techniques; compiles and presents emerging issues to key stakeholders
· provides warranty and service history feedback and forecasts basic trends to necessary departments
· participates in failure modes and effects analysis (fmea) activities 10. performs other duties as assigned
