calling all installation coordinators! manpower recently partnered with a client who is looking for experience installation workers who will support one of the most innovative technical company in queens, ny. this is a full-time position with a fantastic company to work for! this client has a very upbeat, positive, employee-focused culture. there are immediate openings! this is a temp to perm opportunity that could easily turn into a long-term career!

what will you be doing?
* sap experience would be ideal, along with microsoft office.
* background in the construction industry would be great as well given the terminology that would be needed.
* coordinate's activities of operations to ensure that goals and objectives of installations are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget.
* monitors the jobs production schedule in sap from the time the ship dates have been established to handover meeting in sap.
* coordinates order booking and ensures all required documents are present prior to booking.
* manage safety and site access documents of site employees as requested by site managers, customer letters, and coordination of subcontracted workers.
* order approval process, order compliance, scheduling, purchase orders, and reporting.
* responsible for obtaining site completion documents from customers and booking inspections with governing authorities.
* creates and/or coordinates the final layout drawing package and insures 100% conformity between all documents including estimates, abstracts, layouts, and the contract requirements.
* generates purchase orders for vendor, requested material required during the installation process.
