project details and team: the team works with the trading capital market and all the revenue that comes to fidelity due to the trading markets. this project will be adding new functionality and new requirements enhancement to the existing and they are trying to integrate. this is within our brokerage technology group.
must have skills:
trading experience
jira- the backlog for the releases they keep the analysis in there
complex technology project multiple systems interacting with each other
the role
lead the requirements' gathering of new features and/or enhancements for our electronic trading systems.collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions for business problems.bring curiosity and a questioning mind-set to work, asking always about the? why? and the? value? of new features/enhancements to the platform.contribute to enhancing systems analysis practices across a distributed team.the expertise and skills you bring
bs or master's in computer science, engineering, or mathematics5+ years of analysis skills, with a proven track record of delivery of sophisticated technology projects.good interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills.excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization.experience with jira and confluenceability to write complex system/technical diagramsexperience in complex distributed systemsability to read/analyze code and logs for defect/incident triage and root cause analysisexperience with writing sql queries, kdb/q code is a plusexperience with financial systems is a plusability to quickly learn, adapt and strive to meet the needs of a fast paced, changing environmentability to multi-task effectivelyexpert knowledge and experience of taking complex features and breaking them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria.experience with minimum viable product definition and product backlog management.ability to comprehend and articulate end-to-end system workflows.ability to manage competing priorities and communicate impediments appropriately.ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with business partners and technology.Apply to this job now Report abuse
