understand how the company operates understand how the assigned department operates hiring new staff and onboarding performance management new process development and implementation developing key performance goalsqualifications
the manager should have the following skills, education, and experience:
experience in management or similar/relevant experience strong written and verbal presentation skills excellent math and computational ability effective communication skills a bachelor's degree is recommended but not required effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills good organization and time management comfortable in fast-paced or high pressure environmentsion solar’s mission:
