the manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of their department. they oversee the hiring and staffing of the team to ensure proper throughput of projects to achieve set monthly and quarterly goals.

the manager has the following responsibilities and duties: 

understand how the company operates understand how the assigned department operates hiring new staff and onboarding performance management new process development and implementation developing key performance goals

qualifications

the manager should have the following skills, education, and experience:

experience in management or similar/relevant experience strong written and verbal presentation skills excellent math and computational ability effective communication skills a bachelor's degree is recommended but not required effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills good organization and time management comfortable in fast-paced or high pressure environments
