the inbound operator provides a smooth transition for the customer, guiding them to the appropriate agent or department to address their questions or concerns. we are looking for an intuitive, customer service-oriented individual that is positive and skilled in relationship building. solar experience is not a requirement.

responsibilities:

inbound operator has the following responsibilities and duties:

receive phone calls from customers and transfer them to the appropriate agent to assist. assure customers of resolutions and validate concerns. provide feedback to ion solar representatives. maintaining a positive customer experience.

requirements:

inbound operator should have the following skills, education, and experience:

detailed and organized problem-solving and good judgment have a sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment effectively prioritize, multi-task, and manage time well flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment proficient with desktop applications written and verbal communication skills excellent customer service
