production employee job description
a production employee is responsible for cleaning and operating equipment, working on an assembly line, putting together and inspecting food products, and adhering to all safety guidelines and standards.
duties and responsibilities:
● follow all good manufactoring practices and safety standards
● keep a clean workstation
● assist with production of food products by hand
● work efficiently and manage time effectively
● must be able to clean work station in an efficient and effective manner
● expected to be on time for shift and work all scheduled days
● may be required to work overtime and/ or weekends
● reports issues or problems with production to supervisor
● able to follow instructions from supervisor
required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
● pay close attention to details
● exhibit ability to work cautiously but efficiently
● possess physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk, and/ or lift for long periods of time
● able to work in cold enviornment
● must be 18 years of age or older
● able to work full time shift
● must be able to stand for extended periods of time
