ft rn supervisor position is available to oversee the nursing services for 78 individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities. this key position is located in our bellerose center 249-16 grand central pkwy. bellerose, ny 11426.
queens centers for progress is a major non profit agency that has been around for 71 years, providing person centered services in the queens area. we are recruiting for a compassionate registered nurse to oversee all medical care to adult individuals with special needs in a group home setting.
duties, just to name a few:
train, educate and certify staff to administer medication, perform wound care & implement plan of care for each individual. assist with discharge planning from the hospital and long term care.

requirements: for the rn supervisor, ba degree & 2 years of hospital experience & prior supervisory experience is required. opwdd is preferred. we are willing to look at the rn looking to grow into the next level.
