duties & responsibilities:

install, maintain, update, and help manage building automation system, card access system, security camera system, and maintenance request system. trouble shoot hvac controls, fire alarm, and other low voltage systems perform low voltage cabling and terminations. basic systems programming and support understand and comply with proper use of fork trucks, lifts, ladders, hand tools, saws, and other required tools and equipment. must be able to work off hours, weekends, and late nights to accommodate last minute projects and immediate building needs.

education & experience requirements:

strong computer skills high school diploma experience with installation and troubleshooting of bas systems, hvac controls, fire alarm, and network wiring good communication and organizational skills are required. must demonstrate ability to effectively apply good judgment, detail orientation, and independent decision-making skills. experience using word, excel, and e-mail.
