must be someone who can research and create case studies.bio stat background, phd or master level research ,study protocol experience, create interview guidelines.healthcare is a big plus.evaluate user interactions and apply qualitative and quantitative data analysis to ambiguous and difficult learning scenarios to identify opportunities that improve the digital user experiencemanage all phases of the research; develop research strategies and plans, creating research hypothesis and protocols, engaging research participants, executing the research, deriving insightful interpretations and recommendationscollaborate, influence, and communicate across technical and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization to effectively influence product and service design from a customer perspectiveconduct end-to-end research from engaging stakeholders in research planning, design, execute, analyze, present findings and drive insights to actions
