major accountability:

entering, monitoring, and tracking of customer purchase orders; processing rma debit/credit memos responding to customer inquiries and requests, provide knowledgeable customer support for assigned products and services. coordinating with the installation team regarding ice machine installations. follow-up with customers to confirm equipment delivery need by dates, resolution and follow up communication to ensure customer satisfaction. processing customer ice install orders and/or credit card transactions.

key task & responsibilities:

respond to customer e-mail correspondences and requests, including order status updates, tracking info, invoice copies, etc. assist with resolving shipping disputes, root cause, shortages, lost or damaged equipment coordinate equipment redeployments if/when necessary resolve a/r bu invoice disputes enter/maintain pepsi aps item cross-reference set-up in oracle compile a monthly open order install report to distribute to the installation team

skills, knowledge & abilities:

knowledge of all ms office applications; experience using oracle software would be preferred ability to function in a fast-paced environment coping with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills customer oriented; capable of effectively dealing with all levels of internal and external contacts basic planning and problem solving/analytical skills; strong organizational skills

requirements:

associate degree or equivalent 3-5 years of product/customer service experience must be a team player must be able to sit for long periods of time in a normal office environment
