what does a great training specialist do?
• as a training specialist, you have the unique opportunity to represent fiserv and work directly with our clients.
• you will provide education to clients to expand their knowledge of assigned topics/products.
• you will discuss industry practices.
• you will promote, support and increase client satisfaction by increasing product awareness and sharing best practice recommendations.
• you will ensure the training delivered meets the highest quality standards.
• your responsibilities include: facilitating learning, development of content, preparation and delivery of material for instructor led training. may include different modalities such as in person, virtual training courses, webex and virtual classroom as well as written content.

• basic qualifications for consideration:
• demonstrates proficiency in assigned ancillary products.
• deliver high quality in-person and web-based instructor-led training using adult learning principles.
• expand client’s knowledge and appropriate usage of fiserv systems.
• facilitate regularly scheduled training seminars for clients in small and large group settings.
• meet or exceed the targeted goal for customer satisfaction.
• collaborate with instructional design and subject matter experts on the design of training program and learner material content.
• assist in the development or maintenance of learning materials using microsoft word, powerpoint, camtasia, amazon polly, captioning and more.

preferred skills, experience, and education:
• bachelor’s degree with emphasis in communications, education, business or finance;
or
• 4 years education/training experience in the finance/data processing industry
• equivalent work experience can be substituted

travel required: yes – up to 50%
