your responsibilities in this role

- receive and place telephone calls

- deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- field and send written business correspondence- a consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

- familiarity with customer relationship management (crm) systems, e.g. act!, illustrator, highrise, and insightly

- customer service and office administrative skills

- proficient with computers and technology platforms

- demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- proficiency in microsoft office suites

- inbound telephone calls experience required

- customer service experience desired

- excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

- 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

- proficiency with microsoft office applications

- comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
